This site is an attempt to reach a goal set a few years back for folks that love Blues music to collaborate on event promotion, info sharing and creating a single source for all things Blues in the Midwest.

The site is produced in WordPress — pretty much the de facto CMS in the world today — and we welcome writers, editors, graphic artists — and hopefully a few advertisers — to attain our goal.

Currently the site is a by-product of the Great Northern Blues Society (GNBS) of Wausau, Wisconsin. Our web guy, Jeff Busha, is ready to ‘step away’ from his role of web/data/promotions/etc. and is looking for people with talent and time to help out GNBS and the Midwest Blues community for the future.
